Entex provided eight Webitat modules to be installed at the end of the Mt. Wolf system to provide enhanced nitrification and denitrification. The eight Webitat modules contained 71,500 ft2 of BioWeb media.

A BioWeb system was installed at this animal waste treatment facility. The system operates with no discernible odors at the top of the treatment tank, and has a very small footprint of 7.62 m in diameter.

The Webitat system corrected several historical problems the plant faced, including hydraulic washout, by fixing a portion of the biomass in the basins to ensure continuous treatment.

Entex Technologies increased the treatment capacity and efficiency at the Owens Corning wastewater plant in Newark, Ohio, by adding BioWeb modules to their existing sequencing batch reactor (SBR).

The Colony saved over $2,000,000 in aeration basin construction costs by choosing to modify and augment their existing basins with IFAS media. Overall plant performance has been excellent.

The FlowTex cloth disc filter will help effluent from the plant irrigate home subdivisions, public parks and other open areas. This means conserving ground water and extending the useful life of the area’s Water Treatment Plant.

A tertiary disc filter was installed and started up at the Village of New Baden WWTP in IL. The wastewater facility improvements include a new moving bed biofilm reactor, FlowTex cloth disc filter and ultra violet disinfection system.

Pine Creek Municipal Authority upgraded their plant to increase capacity and meet the Chesapeake Bay nutrient discharge requirements for total nitrogen and phosphorus. The FlowTex™ filter has exceeded expectations with effluent TSS well below the permit requirement.
