Jeff Danner is Entex’s Vice President of Engineering. Jeff leads Entex’s technical staff including process design, engineering, project execution, and R&D. With over 25 years of experience (which he has difficulty believing he is now old enough to have accumulated), he has held senior management positions in Research and Development, Engineering, and Operations in the chemical, biotechnology, and wastewater industries. Jeff has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Jeff began his career designing spray dryers in Denmark. Since then he has designed chemical and wastewater plants, optimized production of polyester resins, and fractionated human blood plasma. Jeff has been responsible for engineering operations in four continents for major corporations. In addition, Jeff has developed unique insights into the customer’s perspective through his service on the Board of Directors of the water and sewer authority for Chapel Hill and Carrboro, North Carolina.
Upon joining Entex a little over three years ago, Jeff was pleased to find “a technology that was quite fascinating, including all aspects of engineering, biology, chemistry, and problem solving, to keep his mind working as well as a chance to make the world a bit cleaner along the way!” If you’ve got a wastewater treatment problem you are trying to solve and need a creative approach, reach out to Jeff at jeff.danner@entexinc.com.
