Entex is pleased to welcome Lauren Takitch to the team. Lauren began with Entex in January of 2019 as a Project Engineer. In this role, she is responsible for process design and simulation as well as project execution and start-up.

Lauren first became interested in wastewater treatment while taking elective classes to satisfy her Environmental Engineering minor. She has both a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University.

Lauren participated in many clubs and activities while at Penn State including competing with the Ballroom Dance Club (for which she was the President), holding teaching assistant roles in the Chemistry Department, and performing with the University Choir. Her favorite pastime, though, was attending all the Penn State football games and being a part of the “greatest student section in college football.”

Now working at the Entex headquarters in Chapel Hill, NC, Lauren is developing expertise in biological wastewater treatment. She looks forward to collaborating with you on your next project.
